In purchasing from this website, you indicate your understanding and agreement to terms and conditions set out below.

1. Pricing

All retail prices are in Australian dollars. Online prices may be subject to change without notice, and may differ from prices available elsewhere.

2. Products

While we aim to accurately display the colour of products, some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor. Colours can also vary due that they are all handmade and unique.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

‘EcoBuy’ products are 100% hand made in Australia and designed to last.
Please inform us immediately of any breakages during shipping. Broken items can either be replaced or credited to your account, according to your preference. Please don´t forget to attach photo evidence to your claim.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We send orders via Australia Post or Sendle. Shipping information will be given once your order is dispatched.

Retail customers:

Orders within Australia valued at over $99 receive free shipping. Orders under this amount are charged a flat rate of $8.99.

Wholesale customers:

Shipping is charged at StarTrack rates.

We ship your items in boxes that are designed to protect your purchases. For this reason, we recommend you keep the original packaging at least 14 days after receiving your order.
